BOOKING POLICY

• Include the names of all adult guests and the ages of children in the comment section when booking your site or cabin.

• Include descriptions and types of all pets staying. There is a daily charge for pets.

​PAYMENT POLICY

• BY RESERVATION ONLY. NO DROP INS.
  At the time of booking your reservation, a 25% deposit will be charged to the card used to reserve with the remaining amount paid to same card on the day of arrival.

• Non-contact registration and non-contact full payment is made day of arrival using the same credit card on file for reservation. 
  IF YOU ARE USING DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD* OR NEW CARD* 
  (*compromised card, new expiry date, etc.) LET US KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• FREE CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HRS OF DATE OF BOOKING.

Full refund of deposit. (same day you make reservation) 

• NO SHOW POLICY or cancelling the SAME DAY of ARRIVAL - cancellation.

The total amount of your stay will be charged.

• WEEK of ARRIVAL - Cancelling less than 7 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

• CANCELLING UP TO THE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The DEPOSIT refund will be done less a service charge (up to $25 MAX) 

• Cancellations made AFTER your arrival will have a refund less 50% of total amount paid for the remainder of your stay - or 1 night charged - whichever is more.
