*CLEANING CLAUSE* - If the CLEANING UPON DEPARTURE is more than the standard cleaning time of 2 hrs, 
there will be CLEANING charges of $50 per hour applied to your card at the end of the stay.*
**PETS** ANY DAMAGES FROM PETS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE FOR BOOKING.
